Poppy Playtime is a first-person horror game. It puts players inside the old Playtime Co. toy factory. Your main job is to find the truth about why the staff disappeared. You must also survive the scary toys inside the building.

Survive with the GrabPack
The GrabPack is your main tool, which has a backpack with hands that stretch out. You use it to touch things far away. You will pull switches and turn on power. You must also send electricity through broken wires to fix them. Distant steps are often the warning that danger is coming. Always check all corners for the important VHS tapes.
Solve Environmental Logic
You were once an employee here. To move forward, you must solve logic problems. You may have to connect both GrabPack hands to a circuit at the same time. You will also move items through small vents. Each time you solve a puzzle, a new area opens. This also brings more danger from things like Huggy Wuggy.
Unravel the Mystery
The factory's dark past is found in VHS tapes. You find these tapes and secret messages as you play. A cool secret feature is the Faded Promotional Posters. If you find them all, you get a special power. This power is Instant Stealth, letting you hide from the monster for a short time.
Controls
- You move using the W/A/S/D keys.
- Hold Shift to run fast.
- Hold Ctrl to duck low.
- Use the Left/Right Mouse Buttons to shoot the GrabPack hands.
- Press the E key to interact with things.
Poppy Playtime is a horror puzzle adventure. It makes a child's setting look scary because of the killer toys. It does not use many loud jump scares. You need to listen carefully for sound clues.
